LEAD TIME
Standard lead time is eleven working days from receipt of approved, output-ready art. Due to the tooling set-up time required for our high speed cup formers, each cup size will only be run every other week. To meet your ship date, art must be received and approved in time to print and convert while your size is scheduled. If not, the order will be run the following week.
Lead times and rush charges are based upon the receipt of final art approval and complete order instructions – not when an order is submitted. Art that is not output-ready usually requires additional lead time. Always allow time to acquire art and proof approval.

All rush orders are happily considered, starting at $50/v per day rushed minimum. Rush order availability depends on when your ship date falls in our scheduled size rotation.

- Typesetting, Art, Paper Proofs: Allow 3 working days from the date we receive all necessary components and instructions.
- Production Proof: Allow 11 working days from the date final art approval or proof approval is received.
- Production Run: Allow 11 working days from the date final art or proof approval is received for up to 10,000 pieces. Contact your Visstun® Sales Counselor for lead time on larger orders.
